I own one of those 100% pure mascara and I love it! I cried with it on and it is somewhat waterproof:) Also, it's really lengthening. I have a Tarte lash hugger mascara as well, which I find volumizing. My question is: if I want to apply both, which one should i apply first and does the first coat need to be dry? Well.. if you or anybody knows. If not, I'll experiment and let you guys know :)

The 100% Pure Mascara is very popular on qvc and it smells so good naturally from the berries they put in the ingredients!
As for which to put first, I love layering mascaras too and I find that I fare better when I do the volumizing coat first, the lengthening tend to be a thinner formula and really smooths out any clumps. However, you can test both methods out and let us know which works best for you :D
