Farmgirl Beauty Secret #51-A: Milani Infinite Liquid Liner is also COMPLETELY waterproof.

This is an addendum to Farmgirl Beauty Secret # 51. Mac Liquidlast was my go-to liner when I wanted COMPLETELY waterproof eyeliners. However, the product turns goopy fairly fast and needs to be replaced more often than I like. So recently, I started looking for a drugstore alternative. I found it in Milani Infinite liquid Liner.
The ingredient lists between Mac Liquidlast and Milani Infinite are nearly identical in terms of the main ingredients that make them waterproof. Another great thing is it doesn't contain parabens either. The shocker: I think Milani Infinite is slightly more waterproof than Mac Liquidlast! See below:

Milani Infinite liquid Liner comes in 5 colors. I have Everlast (black), Endless (a deep purple that is a dupe for one of Mac Liquidlast color) and Forever (bronzy gold that looks amazing as a WATERPROOF liquid shadow).

Lesson of the day: If you want the waterproof longevity of Mac Liquidlast but you’re saving your money for life’s finer things, head to your nearest drugstore for Milani Infinite liquid Liner.

thank you! i am not that much into liquid liner but every once in a while i want a "wing" and these colors are perfect AND they last AND they are cheap! LOVE

Hi Alyssa,

I LOVE using this to wing! With other liquid liners, the "wing" literally flakes off by the end of the day ( I hate it when 1 stays on while the other disappears- not a good look :P). This one stays intact.

Very interesting- I wonder how it would come off- makeup remover? But yay I'm glad they are long lasting!!

Hi Abby,

You can use makeup remover or you can try my favorite method, which is removing it with an oil- olive, jojoba, coconut, etc. Hope that helps!

Woah! That's impressive. I have the mac one you mentioned and that stays on pretty well. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Café Bellini,

You're welcome! I have the MAC one as well, actually it's the only thing I ever get from MAC. I guess I won't be stepping into MAC any time soon now ;)

i really wish i could use this eyeliner. i read somewhere else that it is the cheaper version of mac, but when i bought it, i had the worst allergic reactions i have ever had to any makeup. i don't know what the exact ingredient was that did it, but it's such a shame b/c they are a great deal!!

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that :( I have extremely sensitive eyes as well but I'm completely ok with this eyeliner.

I also got this and its true, the staying power is amazing! BUT I also have identified this as the cause of a horrible allergic reaction on my eyes. I've been using it a week and didn't know until today, my eyes look like I have poison ivy all over.

Hi Megan,

Sorry to hear that :( As with anything you put on your skin, it can work for millions of others but still have a problem on one individual's skin. Nature of the beast, unfortunately. Let me know if you find an eyeliner that works for you. I'm always interested in hearing about other liners :)
